Decide how much money your group needs to raise.

 

This is one the most important things to do when starting a fundraising campaign.  If you know how much money you want to raise,  you can easily calculate how many items each member will have to sell to reach that goal.  Set goals to make the most of your fundraising efforts.

 

 

Another tip for fundraiser success is good communication between your group and Shirts4Cash.  If you have questions,  please ask.  We find that it is best if 1 person from your school or group be in charge of phone calls and emails.  This will make sure we are always on the same page during this process.  Our experience has shown us that good communication will keep your fundraiser running right on track.

 

 

 

 

 

Motivate,  Motivate,  Motivate!

 

This is sometimes overlooked,  but one of the most important things you can do to increase your groups sales and profits.  Here are a few ways to motivate your group.

  • Top seller grand prize.
  • Pizza or ice cream party for class with the highest number of items sold.
  • For a sports team,  let the team throw cream pies at the coach if goals are met.
  • Extra recess for top selling class.
  • Have your sellers vote on potential prizes.
  • Offer a prize to the 1st seller to reach a certain goal 
  • Raffle a prize.  Enter your sellers each time they reach a certain goal.

 

Motivating your group is the most important aspect of reaching your fundraising goals!
